Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to the WatchAid TV application and ReVeNG System and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to WatchAid include the WatchAid TV application and ReVeNG System. The WatchAid application is a TV listing application. By using the WatchAid application, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. 

  

Collection of your Personal Information 

We do not collect personally identifiable information from our users. We may gather personal or non-personal information in the future. 

We store information about your shows, episodes, and watch status so we can sync this information between any devices where you use the WatchAid application.

WatchAid may automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, device name, device brand and model, access times and referring website or application addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the WatchAid application. 

If you enable push notifications, we need to store the token your device gives us to send them. We use push notifications to initiate airplays and notify you of new shows or episodes. We may use push notifications to promote content relevant to you.

WatchAid encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites and applications you choose to link to from WatchAid so that you can understand how those websites and applications collect, use and share your information. WatchAid is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites and applications outside of the WatchAid application. 

  

WatchAid secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information is transmitted to other parties, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. 

  

WatchAid displays links and content from third-party. These have their own independent privacy policies, and we have no responsibility or liability for their content or activities.

We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

WatchAid does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this application. 

  

You will be able to connect your WatchAid account to third party accounts. BY CONNECTING YOUR WATCHAID ACCOUNT TO YOUR THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE CONTINUOUS RELEASE OF INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO OTHERS (IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR PRIVACY SETTINGS ON THOSE THIRD PARTY SITES). IF YOU DO NOT WANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU, INCLUDING PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, TO BE SHARED IN THIS MANNER, DO NOT USE THIS FEATURE. You may disconnect your account from a third party account at any time. Access this feature in the settings of the WatchAid application. 

  

We respect your privacy and give you an opportunity to opt-out of receiving announcements of certain information. Users may opt-out of receiving any or all communications from WatchAid by contacting us by email at: support@watchaid.tv

WatchAid will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback. WatchAid encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how WatchAid is protecting your information.
